What do I need to bring to sell scrap metal?
California law requires a valid government-issued photo ID for scrap metal transactions. Bring your ID and, for larger commercial loads, any documentation tied to the job site or source of the material.
Do you recycle AC units, chillers, and refrigerant?
Yes. We handle AC unit and chiller recycling with EPA-compliant refrigerant recovery — this is an area C4S Demolition has worked in for years, so it's part of what makes C4S Recycling different from a standard scrap yard.
